Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Tiny Sundays, a service operated by Concept Cabin Ltd. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Tiny Sundays offers weekly accountability support, including short 1:1 check-in calls, goal tracking, and optional on-demand messaging. These services are intended for personal use by individual creatives and founders.

2. Payment and Billing

Services are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via a third-party provider. Concept Cabin Ltd is the legal entity that receives payments and issues invoices.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Payments are one-time and non-recurring. Once payment is made, access is granted for the agreed service period (e.g. 4 calls over 4 weeks or 4 calls over the span of 2 months). Refunds are not issued for used or unused portions of the service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for showing up to scheduled calls, using the platform respectfully, and maintaining any personal goals agreed upon during sessions. Abuse or misuse of services may result in termination.

5. Modifications to Service

We may update or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We’ll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

6. Legal Entity

Tiny Sundays is operated by Concept Cabin Ltd, a registered company based in the UK.
